What is Remote delivery?
You may opt-in for this service during the booking experience to allow a safe-direct delivery in a pre-arranged place such as a backyard, scenarios include: when the ("renter") is away or unable to be present during the designated delivery timeslot. You are also not required to be present at the time of pickup, as long as you leave the items stacked and ready for pickup in the same place where it was delivered. You will be responsible to leave any gates or entranceway unlocked without animal

How will the driver come to my door if I live in an apartment?
If a driver needs help getting into your building, they will call you. To help your driver bring you your order quickly, you can add delivery instructions in the during the booking experience.
Do you offer pickup/will call?
We like to call it Self-pickup. Please note, when selecting dispatch method, your order must be below the $300 delivery minimum. We suggest bringing a large truck, car or trailer with enough loading space to load your rentals. 750 E Eagle Ln Gilbert, AZ 85296 Per our policy, all self pickup reservations should last no longer than 2 days (Picked up on Saturday → Returned on Sunday)
What is Rush Service?
Worried about time? As a modern event service, we make it easier for you to get your order when you want it. Simply add Rush to your order and select a 1-hour time slot & we’ll be sure to dispatch (or pick up) the items within that timeframe.
How does delivery work?
We partner with local, third-party drivers to bring your order right to your event, whether it's a house, a park, or a venue. When the time comes, our drivers gather the items in your order and place them on our vehicles. Once we dispatch the items, you will receive a tracking link through your text-enabled number or email on file to know when they arrive. Weddings: Can you move the items from the ceremony to the reception?
Also known as a Flip. While this is optional, we strongly recommend this for Weddings.
Do you offer prior-day delivery?
Yes, simply set the dispatch date of your event for the day before.
How do you want the equipment prepared for pickup? Do we stack them a certain way?
Rental items must be knocked down and stacked, facing up in a secure, covered area for pickup. Takedown is only offered by special request. Set up and Takedown service can be added as an additional service.
Do you setup and breakdown the rental products?
Our dispatch team will setup and breakdown several of our rental products that already include setup by default (i.e heaters & cocktail bundles already include initial installation) this will be indicated in the item's description page. For items that don't include set up by default, our Set up and Takedown service can also be added.
Do you offer breakdown/takedown service?
Rental items must be knocked down and stacked in a secure, covered area for pickup. Takedown service can be added at checkout for a small fee. Set up and Takedown service can be added as an additional service to your order.
What states do you service?
Great question! U Party is currently available in select parts of Arizona. However, we are proud to have supported events nationwide though the ARA Webinars (American Rental Association).
Can I track my order to know when it arrives?
Absolutely! Once we dispatch the items, you will receive a tracking link through the text number/email on file to know when they arrive. When your driver gets close to your delivery location, we will send another email with an exact time, and other useful informa
I’d like different parts of my order to deliver to different addresses (i.e. to my commissary). How can I note this on my order?
While our online ordering system does not currently support this feature, our Customer Service Team will be happy to help!

What is limited-access delivery?
For a one-time fee of $15, limited access is needed if the driver can't easily and efficiently access your event location. You will have the option to add-on this service to your order during the booking experience if it applies to your event. A location that may be difficult for a truck to retrieve, set up, or dispatch items i.e unpaved properties, office spaces, parks, fairs, strip malls, schools, churches, and construction sites.
