Do I need to clean/launder my linens prior to return?
All linens and hangers must be placed in a plastic bag or box, unwashed. ("Renter") acknowledges that damaged linens including, but not limited to; burns, wax, or any type of adhesives will be billed a replacement fee of approximately $30 each. Unreturned hangers will be billed a replacement fee of approximately $2 each. No credit will be given for any unused linens.
Do you rent tents?
We currently do not offer tent rental services.

What should I do if I need to reach someone after regular business hours?
We are proud to offer Customer Service from 9-6pm (Mon-Sat) for all of our events.
Can I place a linen-only order?
Yes, you can place a linen-only order the same way you would do it with other products. It is currently available through all of our dispatch methods, but we suggest choosing self pick-up for a cost-effective experience.

What are ⁺⁺Specialty Linens?
(⁺⁺)Specialty linens can only be reserved up to 10 days prior to the dispatch date and are non-refundable products. Non-specialty linens have no restrictions & may be reserved within 10 days, if available.
What is Cleaning Protection?
For a flat fee of $14.99. Cleaning protection helps us help you cover extra expenses & overcharges incurred for cleaning equipment products or linens returned: Stained, dirty, wet, muddy, waxed, burned, or with any attached elements such as tape, ribbons, or gum. If you choose to decline this protection, cleaning overcharges or replacement fees will apply for excessively dirty equipment.
