What is limited-access delivery?

For a one-time fee of $15, limited access is needed if the driver can't easily and efficiently access your event location. You will have the option to add-on this service to your order during the booking experience if it applies to your event.

A location that may be difficult for a truck to retrieve, set up, or dispatch items i.e unpaved properties, office spaces, parks, fairs, strip malls, schools, churches, and construction sites. Other examples may include gated areas where a driver must check in, commercial establishments not open to the walk-in public, or other things that may make it more restricted than a driver arriving during the standard business hours.

If you decline this service, please note our drivers have the right to assess whether this service is needed at the time of delivery.
