• What is Rush Service?

  Worried about time? As a modern event service, we make it easier for you to get your order when you want it. Simply add Rush to your rental and select a 1-hour time slot & we’ll be sure to dispatch (or return-pickup) the items within that timeframe.Few readers

• Do you offer Setup and Takedown service?

  Typically. all Rental items must be knocked down and stacked in a secure, covered area ready for Return-pickup. Our dispatch team will setup and breakdown several of our rental products that already include setup by default (i.e heaters & cocktail bundles already include initial Setup). • How does delivery work?

  We partner with local, third-party carriers to bring your rentals right to your event, whether it's a house, a park, or a venue. Once the items are dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to the number or email on file to know when they arrive. Delivery routes can change during the day, so we include a link to a tracking site. • I’d like different parts of my order to rental to different addresses (i.e. to my commissary). How can I add this?

  For a one-time fee of $15, limited access is needed if the driver can't easily and efficiently access your event location. You will have the option to add-on this service to your rental during the booking experience if it applies to your event. A location that may be difficult for a truck to retrieve, set up, or dispatch items i.e unpaved properties, office spaces, parks, fairs, strip malls, schools, churches, and construction sites.
