What happens if I need to cancel my order or if I need to reschedule?

What happens if I don’t use part of my rental order?
We do not issue refunds for any unused products.
Do you require a deposit?
In most cases, you will be required to pay in full, upfront in order to reserve your rental. You can use our Rent Now, Pay Later feature for orders greater than +$300
Do you offer discounts?
We offer low, competitive prices. Our all-in-one bundles are available at discounted prices on your favorite equipment & Event+ products.
My business or event is tax exempt. How can I reflect this on my order?
Please attach your tax exempt certificate to our team through chat on our site.
How Can I Redeem a Yelp Voucher?
Please get in touch with us with your 6-digit claim code found on your Yelp confirmation. Once we receive this information, we will generate a coupon code and send you instructions to complete your reservation.
Do you price match?
Send us the price of the competitor and we’ll match the price for your rental items. Eligible on available products at U Party. Simply send us the ad, invoice or proof of the competitor’s price trough chat. The following items are not eligible for price match: UFlowers products Add-ons Delivery fees
