If you want to cancel your event, contact us by phone or chat. Let us know if there’s something you are not happy with, and we will do our best to address it.

RESCHEDULING

We have one of the most flexible weather policies out of most rental companies in town. Our no-hassle reschedule policy means you can reschedule for any reason 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time slot for a rental period up to 6 months from the original rental period in the future, at no additional charge.

Cancellations and Modifications - Less than 7 days

No refund for any cancellation or modification made less than 7 days or less to the start date/time will be made, should it result in an overpayment. Refer above for information about rescheduling a rental. We are not liable for acts out of its control that affect the Event, such as weather or other emergencies. We do not allow refunds for ongoing or unused rentals.

Cancellations and Modifications - More than 7 days

A confirmed rental that is canceled or modified 7 days to 21 calendar days before the dispatch date/time may be eligible for rental credit valid within 6 calendar months from the cancellation or modification date, should it result in an overpayment. All payments are non-refundable due to the special nature of Events.

Do I pay in full when reserving for my event?

Accepted Answer

Not anymore! We are now allowing the reservation of any item (of any brand) with multiple Pay Later options.

So what’s the catch?

There’s no catch, not even interest. Your remaining balance is charged according to the payment schedule selected during Checkout.

What is your rental period?

You will be prompted to choose a rental period during the booking experience, we accept rentals anywhere from 0 days (same day rental) up to 4 days. Please refer to our rental period rates below*

*Rental Rates are set by the most current version of the rental rate sheet in effect at the time of booking

Rental periods need to be pre-arranged at the time of booking. Renter’s rental time begins promptly at the prescribed dispatch timeslot and ends promptly at the designated ending timeslot. Unassigned Rental Periods: Renter is subject to double the normal rental period rates for every additional day that was not pre-arranged at the time of booking or modifications not made through the order status tool.

Question 6

Do I need to clean/launder my linens prior to return?

Accepted Answer

All linens and hangers must be placed in a plastic bag or box, unwashed.

("Renter") acknowledges that damaged linens including, but not limited to; burns, wax, or any type of adhesives will be billed a replacement fee of approximately $30 each. Unreturned hangers will be billed a replacement fee of approximately $2 each. No credit will be given for any unused linens.
