If you wish to cancel or re-schedule your event, please contact us. Let us know if there’s something you are not happy with, and we will do our best to address it. Regardless to our policies set forth below, any changes or cancellations are entitled to a refund only if requested a month prior to the delivery date, less the Service Fee. Otherwise, you are entitled to receive a rental credit for any changes or cancellations made within 14 to 30 days. We also offer a free 24-hour cancellation period after placing your rental to cancel for a full refund, less the Service Fee, as long as the rental is made more than 14 days before the Start Date.


FLEXIBLE RESCHEDULING


We have one of the most flexible weather policies out of most rental companies in town. Our no-hassle reschedule policy means you can reschedule for any reason up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date for a rental period up to 6 months from the original rental period, at no additional charge, plus your Service Fee will still be covered for the re-scheduled Event.


Prior-day or same-day requests to re-schedule your Event may still be honored with an additional surcharge. Please reach out to us to discuss your options.


All rentals become final after the first (1) complimentary rescheduling of the Rental for any Event. Any †changes made along with this offer are still subject to our Cancellation policies below.


24-hour Cancellation


  • We understand that mistakes or prompt changes may occur after placing your rental. Any reserved rental made more than 14 days before the Start Date that is cancelled or modified within 24 hours of being reserved, is entitled to a full refund, less the Service Fee.


Regular Cancellations and Quantity Changes - Less than 14 days


  • No refund or credit for any cancellation or †changes made less than 14 days or less to the start date/time will be made, should it result in an overpayment. Refer above for information about rescheduling a rental. We are not liable for acts out of its control that affect the Event, such as weather or other emergencies. We do not allow refunds for ongoing or unused rentals.


Regular Cancellations and Quantity Changes - More than 14 days


  • A reserved rental that is canceled or †changed in quantity 14 days to 30 calendar days before the start date/time may be eligible for rental credit, including the Service Fee, valid within 6 calendar months from the original rental period, should it result in an overpayment. All payments are non-refundable due to the special nature of Events.


Booths by U Turn will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee if the corresponding rental is cancelled under this timeframe. **U Flowers has its own cancellation policy, learn more here


Regular Cancellations and Quantity Changes - More than 30 days


  • Any confirmed rental that is canceled or †changed in quantity more than 30 calendar days prior to the start date and time will incur no charges and all eligible payments will be refunded, less the Service Fee.


†changes - Include decreasing or increasing the quantity of an item, or fully removing said item(s) from a reserved rental. Items with multiple variations are treated separately: per color, per dimension.
