How does delivery work?
We partner with local, third-party drivers to bring your rentals right to your event, whether it's a house, a park, or a venue.
When the time comes, our drivers gather the items in your order and place them on our vehicles.
Once we dispatch the items, you will receive a tracking link through your text-enabled number or email on file to know when they arrive. Delivery routes can change during the day, so we include a link to a tracking site. The estimated arrival time on the live page is continuously updated throughout the day, so you will see an up-to-date estimate everytime you check.
When your driver gets close to your delivery location, we will send another email with an exact time, and other useful information you might find useful.
The driver unloads your items and puts them in the corresponding area of delivery.
Unless you are present, we have a safe & direct delivery process when dropping off your rentals in a pre-arranged place such as a backyard, scenarios include: when the ("renter") is away or unable to be present during the designated delivery time slot. You are also not required to be present at the time of Return-pickup, as long as you leave the items stacked and ready for Return-pickup in the same place where it was delivered.
You will be responsible to leave any gates or entranceway unlocked without animal presence for safety access. As always, you will receive pictures of where we left the items and notifications every step of the way for complete peace of mind.
By renting with us, you authorize the driver to finalize the delivery record on your behalf and you accept full responsibility for your order after it has been delivered with no-contact due to theft or damage due to temperature or weather sensibility. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty products due to this special request.
